Thanksgiving Homekeeping Potpourri

I've gathered a potpourri of homekeeping and hospitality links for the season of gratitude that is upon us.  Even if you're not expecting a crowd {or shudder at the very thought}, you'll find some beautiful inspiration and very practical hands-on ideas below, {especially if this whole season is a bit of a stretch for you!}

Ann's striking Thanksgiving in the Country works of art will quickly transport you back to a simpler, richer time.  After you savor each one, be sure and view the Thanksgiving Chair video near the bottom of the page.

Laura's common sense 8 Holiday Housekeeping Tips will quickly set you up for success.

If the whole concept of shopping, cooking, and cleaning for a crowd is enough to put you under, you'll probably go for Kathleen's How To Fake a Clean House.  {Still looks like cleaning to me!}

Top 10 Things To Do Before a Holiday Party.  Betcha never thought of one or two of Melissa's ideas!  These creative touches will beckon your guests to feel more at home.

I love how The Nester shows us how to "shop the house, shop the yard, and shop the grocery" to creatively decorate our tables.

And keep Betsy's Thanksgiving Story Starters on hand in case conversation gets a bit boring after eating all the turkey and trimmings ...

A song to focus you on what's truly important in the midst of the confusion and chaos of life.

A simple exercise to keep the gratitude going.

And Gratitude 201 is here.

Thankfully ~
Linda

Welcome to the table, friend!

This is where we gather and hang out. I'd love for you to pull up a chair and jump right into the conversation. Or simply say 'hello.'

l'll be dropping in to visit you sometime soon ...

Linda
