- I love my small group. And the people in it are the absolute best! -
Les Parrott's got alot of insight into marriage and family relationships.
His wife, Leslie, too.
And he's also talking about small groups. And the sometimes difficult task of loving each other well.
Along the way, he's observed that "some people were more difficult, if not impossible, to get along with. We learned that trusted friends could betray us. Authority figures we admired could snub us. A colleague's constant criticism could hurt us. And even family members with important information could leave us out of the loop."
Sound familiar? Discover how your response can make all the difference!
In one way, shape, or form, you are in some kind of small group. At home. At work. In your community. Or your church. And we'd be kidding ourselves if we didn't agree that there's always room for improvement.
The bottom line? Any improvement must begin with an adjustment in my own attitude. And agenda. And agreeing with the Psalmist that I need to continue to ask God to "see if there is some offensive way in me" {Psalm 139:23}.
Go ahead! Roll up your sleeves! I promise you that it'll be worth the work.

Welcome to the table, friend!

l'll be dropping in to visit you sometime soon ...
