She tosses the word WIDE in our direction. And all I can think of is this song, learned oh so young, sung a million times along the way, with great enthusiasm and gigantic flourishes of outstretched chubby hands. With other little ones who loved Jesus. And a tiny heart brimming over with joy and laughter, never beginning to even grasp the depth of what the catchy tune was all about.
I'm pretty sure I haven't even begun to grasp how high and deep is that love of God.
I'm going to teach this to my 2 littlest people this weekend.
I promise.
