A Welcome Back Giveaway . . . with PLUMB

Right smack dab in the midst of savoring a bit of a break from my familiar blogging routine,
PLUMB came along with her new album.

 EXHALE

When I agreed to give away a copy of this brand new CD,
I had no idea that I'd be breathing in my very own personal restorative exhale.

God has a sense of humor, doesn't He.

Enjoy the video.

And then
let's talk about your own unique exhale moments.

A random participant in our online conversation will be chosen
to receive PLUMB's CD on Monday, May 11th at 9 am eastern.
 {US and Canada only}

Let's breathe in His grace and exhale ...
because we do not exist for ourselves but to share His grace and love with others.

And welcome back, friends.

I sure have missed connecting with you!

  1. Welcome back Linda. You have been missed. My exhale moments tend to be more of a physical nature. I love getting out on my bike and riding. The physical exercise and exhaustion of a hard ride up and down hills gives me a chance to breathe (physically and spiritually) and to renew.

    1. Yep to getting out there and burning off energy, glimpsing nature with new eyes, breathing fresh air deep. I love a good walk! As long as it's not too hot, cold, windy, humid, drizzly ... always looking for excuses, huh?

Thanks for the inspiration to get out there and move, Bill!

    1. Yes, yes to taking those moments right and left! I'm taking walks, short and long, whenever I can. It's just too gorgeous to be cooped up any longer than necessary.

And your welcome back is so sweet, friend ...

    1. If there's any grace at all, it's only because He's working overtime in me. He's got SO much refurbishing to do!

I'm glad you're here. So good to see you again, friend!

  7. Hope you had a relaxing break. I'm very much an introvert, so for me a break could mean being lost in thought for hours (my husband says I have a thinking look), walking in the woods or listening to some great music - like this song I'm playing now on your post. It's wonderful. Thank you for introducing me to it.

My big exhale moment will come in 19 more teaching days as I end the school year. I am in survival mode right now but I feel the weight will be lifted very soon. Love you girl!

  11. Hi Pal-- I usually "have coffee with Linda" on Fridays so hearing your heart is some of my inhaling moments. My exhaling moments are when I can sing at the top of my lungs the truth about God (usually in the shower, or a closed car, or sailing through the rail trail on my bike with worship songs in my ears). I love Plumb and listen to her all the time on Amazon Prime. This video was not only soul satisfying but the visual part was so cool. Love that hair ....she reminds me of our friend, Mary, huh?

  12. I love Plumb!! Her music totally resonates with me. "Lord, I'm ready now," is one of my favorites. I was watching the video, good song, but all I could think was, "Man, that's some BIG hair!" :) Happy Friday, hope you have a blessed weekend.

    1. You'd have loved the 'do' I sported through high school back in the 70s, Alecia! My dad used to say that I needed to walk through the door sideways.

Keepin' it short, keepin' it real these days!

Weekend joys to you and yours, my friend!
