When God Sings

'Do not fear, O Zion;

do not let your hands hang limp.

The Lord your God is with you,

He is mighty to save.

He will take great delight in you,

He will quiet you with His love,

He will rejoice over you with singing.'

~   Zephaniah 3:17   ~

Thank You for these words of hopeful joy, Lord.  We take them as a gift from You today.  We claim them as our own cherished treasure.  Keep singing to us, would You please?  And we'll join our feeble voices loud and strong, and sing right back to You with a heartfelt praise that You alone deserve ...

  1. He "quiets us with His love..." How wonderful. Reminds me how "perfect love casts out fear." He doesn't want us to live afraid...He wants us to live loved!

    Quieted with love tonight,

    1. And this is something that just can't be explained. We can try, but it just has to be experienced. And when He takes you there, then you KNOW without a doubt that words will never paint that glorious picture.

      Thanks, Betty, for sharing Sabbath with us here ...

      "And in the acceptance of who *He* is and what *He* does, **we** are changed!"
