Priceless, We Are . . .

'Not even a sparrow, worth only half a penny,
can fall to the ground without your Father knowing it.

And the very hairs on your head are all numbered.

So don't be afraid;
you are more valuable to Him than a whole flock of sparrows.'
- Matthew 10:29-31 {NLT}

  1. This is lovely! I will try to remember this birdy the next time my heart skips a beat in fear... no need to worry... He has me in the palm of His hand.

  5. Yes, the sweet bird, stunned by flying into a window, soon flew off to join her friends! Thanks for sharing in this lovely photo and verse of comfort, my Sabbath friends!

    1. Yes, Gayle, it's not often you get to hold a creature from the wild ... Bob and Dot rescued this little critter and nursed him well ... and then off he flew!

  8. LOVE It, that bird is amazing and to just sit on someone's hand? now that would be an experience.

  9. It's always nice to know the reality that we are "priceless" when most of us feel like a piece of junk. Good photo, of course, and lovely reminder.

    Thank you.

    1. Yeah, CaryJo, we have to go with the reality of who He says we are, especially if we're feeling 'less than'...

      I always smile when I see your name appear, my online Sabbath friend!

Welcome to the table, friend!

This is where we gather and hang out. I'd love for you to pull up a chair and jump right into the conversation. Or simply say 'hello.'

l'll be dropping in to visit you sometime soon ...
